Mapping

-3D Aerial Mapping and 3D model and measurement's services From £955.00

Photo packages

-Photos – Our photo packages includes  12mp, 20mp or 48mp, photos, 1 hour on site, 30 minutes of filming, and 10 – 80 photos delivered  for £140 per site.

--Photos – Our photo  Second packages includes  12mp, 20mp or 48mp, photos, 1.5 hour on site, 2  Hour  filming, and 80 – 160 photos for£280 per site

-Video: Our video packages includes –HD1080P or 4K UHD, 1.5 video, hours on site, 45 minutes of filming, and fully edited video delivered with all video clips (if required) for £185 per site.

-The fully edited video is typically 30 seconds to 2 minutes and can include royalty-free music and customer branding.

 

-Combined Photo & Video Package: This packages includes the same features as the individual photo and video packages, but with up to 2 hours on site, 60 minutes filming and all images and fully edited video delivered for  £215 per site.

 

Video only package: This package includes 2 hours on site 60 minuses filming fully edited video £200 per site. 

 

Detail Roof Inspection Reports/Findings: We can also provide inspection reports and findings with imagery, via email for £100 on request.

 

Please Note There are additional travel costs charged at £0.50 per mile for locations between 20-40 miles Brighton East Sussex each way.

For Locations 50 miles or more, an hourly rate of £25 per hour is applied to include travelling time.

Congestion Charges may also be added dependent on area/location.

 

Drone Roof Survey's and Security Observation's Ltd are not VAT registered.

Late Fees Overdue payments will be subject to statutory interest at 8% of the invoice total, in addition to the Bank of England base rate.

Office-Based Risk Assessment

At our company, we take safety seriously. That's why we conduct a pre-on-site risk assessment to evaluate legalities and potential risks. Our assessment includes identifying possible hazards in the area, such as schools or public places, and determining if the proposed site is in controlled airspace, near an airport, or in a no-fly zone.

Our in-office risk assessment is thorough and conducted by experts in the field. We understand that safety is of the utmost importance to you, and that's why we don't take any shortcuts.

NO OBLIGATION QUOTATION – We take safety seriously and conduct an in-office pre-on-site risk assessment to assess risks and legalities. Observer - If an observer is needed to assist with the flight, crowd control , safety this will be charged at £17 per hour

 

BOOKING & DEPOSIT-We operate a provisional booking system with a firm job date been agreed when we have received a 25% none refundable deposit.

 

CONDUCT THE JOB – we will arrive on site at the allotted time, and complete an on-site Risk assessment. As long as we are satisfied that all safety conditions are met we will then proceed the job and you can even watch the process and view the photographic results as we work on a LCD Monitor.

WEATHER

We monitor the weather forecast 5 days in advance of any job.  If the signs are not good we talk to the client 48 hours prior to the shoot.

At this point we will reschedule the shoot to the next suitable date at no additional cost and the booking deposit is transferred to the new date. Weather is a know business risk in the UK, so we have to be as flexible as possible to ensure that bookings can be rearranged.

If the job cannot be re-scheduled due to factors out of our control (live events, client availability) we do not offer a refund of the initial deposit.

If we both decide to stay with the original date and we have bad weather, our pilots will wait on site as long as possible in the hope of a break in the weather.

If we arrive on site and are unable to conduct the job on the day we will charge in full, but offer clients a 25% discount off the price of the second shoot on the follow up date.
